COTTON FUTURES  NEW YORK (UPI) - Cotton futures ranged unchanged to 0.60 centsa pound higher for a 50,000-pound contract at 2 p.m. Monday onthe New York Cotton Exchange.  Midafternoon prices included:  Dec 58.15 up 0.60; Mar 57.85 up 0.20; May 58.75 up 0.40; Jly59.25 up 0.25; Dec 59.20 unchanged; and Mar 59.70 unchanged.
